Brookhaven Pet Directory

We all love our pets. However, every once in a while, they give us the slip and get lost.
Patti Shapiro on Larchmont Drive is collecting pet info which will ONLY be used to reunite you with your pet .
The information will not be printed, distributed or shared unless your pet is missing or found.

| The Garden Club at Work!

The Garden Club has been busy planting new shrubs and flowers around the entrance sign at the corner of Rembert Drive and Glenwood Avenue.
The Garden Club has also donated money to York Elementary School for a scholarship fund to support classroom projects.

| Pink Garbage Truck

The City of Raleigh no longer will make available the Pink Garbage Truck. But there is hope for your large trash items! Just call the City of Raleigh Sold Waste Services Department at 831-6890 Mon-Fri 7am-6pm and Sat 8am-12noon to make arrangements for pick-up without a fee.
If you have larger items or a large quantity of trash, call the Specail Load Collection Line at 890-3798 for a recorded message of items that can be picked up. Then call the City of Raleigh Revenue Services at 890-3200 to make arrangements to pay the $50 fee. The City will then call you to schedule a pick-up date.
